In this company where I trained, I went to the accounting department where one of there employee was on leave due to an accident happen on her, so that I temporarily took over his position and because of that I learned on how to encode, do data entry numbers in their system, release and produce OR or Official Receipts, sort receipts and when I'm done with what I'm doing, they make me adjust, resort their previous year records to be placed in the big cabinet and this is the one that serves as the history of every year and their every month of their successful transaction with different people, they also teach me on how to Print, xerox copying of files and when they are in the meeting room and I am the only one that is left on the area I am the one who received all the calls that coming through the accounting department while doing some task that my supervisor gave me. Our position is called a on call worker because we are only called when there are many parcels arriving at the jnt warehouse, which is always happen when there are promos, discounts or offers on Shoppee and Lazada, thats why a lot of parcels is being delivered in th warehouse and since they don't want to be piled up the warehouse of parcels, they need to add temporary workers who can help in the warehouse, and our job here is to sort the parcels from different cities in the Philippines where they will be delivered and scan them by other employees and when they are filled the sack or paste board it will be placed on the tracks where it will be delivered to jnt stores from different cities of an area and delivered to those who ordered.
