Aggregated and combined data from 47 CoE member countries concerning the issues of common interests, particularly on sustainable economic development, the fight against terrorism, combatting racism and discrimination, and reform process of the European Court of Human Rights. And accordingly produced monthly and quarterly reports on the abovementioned issues and reported directly to the Minister of Foreign Affairs office in Ankara to contribute their decision making process.

Analyzed economic data to prepare reports detailing the opportunities of bilateral trade in Iraq, and identified feasible areas of investment for Turkish companies who increased their market share in Iraq by 11% between 2011 and 2013.

Executed the quantitative analysis of complex data on international energy bids, including R-factor in energy deals, in order to assess the feasibility of various oil and gas exploration blocks in Iraq and communicated the implications of analysis through reports and dashboards created by SPSS.

Assessed the large amount of data packages on 12 oil and gas exploration blocks for bidding and participated in Iraq’s 4th Energy Bid Round took place on 30-31 May 2012 in Baghdad, with the participation of 38 International Oil Companies (IOCs) including ExxonMobil, BP, Shell, and Gazprom.

Evaluated the prospects of each energy block auctioned in Iraq’s 4th Energy Bid Round, and reported the opportunities and risks involved and facilitated Turkey’s state-run Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO) to win a 900-square-kilometer oil exploration block in southern Iraq, for a service fee of $6.24 per barrel of oil.
