Project Engineer
Manage in-house and outside sources for building and system modifications. The typical workload consists of executing approximately 10 projects ranging from multi-million dollar to minor change outs. Responsibilities include initiating projects with presentations to the corporate panel for funding, conducting meetings, field walkdowns, requesting quotes, writing contracts, supervising fieldwork, reviewing design work, scheduling, budgeting, maintaining legal documentation and closing the project. Most importantly, respond to clients’ questions and verify satisfaction. Active projects consist of:
1) Installing multiple chiller and condenser systems tied too the company BAS network. 2) Converting the facility steam heat system to gas for temperature-sensitive production, warehouse, and dock areas.
