Project Manager in Engineering at General Motors (April 2014 – June 2017)

Worked on the final design of automotive panels. Interfaced with suppliers and vendors, scheduling events from engineering design to delivery of finished product.

Technical Project Manager at Comerica Bank (October 2013 – March 2014)

Transitioned old infrastructure servers to new virtual servers. This project contained over 200 servers with funding of $2.8M. Participated in Executive Leadership meetings to review the status of milestones and deliverables to all primary stakeholders. This was followed by sending out a score card to all stakeholders providing a rolled- up status; giving risk, mitigation, and milestones.

Technical Project Manager at Bank of America (January 2011 to September 2013)

With respect to Infrastructure Projects, I worked with Engineers to compile documents and playbooks for upgrading the Operation System, as well as implementing new security system servers. I took charge of communicating project expectations to the team which required interfacing with all lines of business for approvals along Executive Panel and IT Governance for IT project funding and final direction.

IT Project Manager and Resource Manager - Ford Motor Co. (November 2001 – November 2010)

Utilized my Project Manager skills on a large-scale $2M Bill of Materials Parts Integration project, removing legacy applications while reducing duplicate data. This savings involved more efficient processes as well as lower maintenance fees compared to systems and applications that were decommissioned.
