As a Bar Manager I was responsible for scheduling, controlling labor nightly financial's, ordering and doing weekly inventory. Here I would meet with local and name brand vendors to keep our beer taps rotating as well as out spirit inventory new and supportive of local distilleries. I created the new cocktail menu as well as weekly cocktail specials. This coupled with the marketing and promoting I did increased out liquor and beer sales from 18.3% to 27.6%.
