As a Bar Manager I was responsible for scheduling, controlling labor nightly financial's, ordering and doing weekly inventory. I created the new cocktail menu as well as weekly cocktail specials. This coupled with the marketing and promoting I did increased out liquor and beer sales from 18.3% to 27.6%. With increase in sales, I was able to hold cost of alcohol to 16.4%
