Responsibilities:

Provides day to day technical support for customers for POS software systems and hardware

Perform functional testing, interpretation and analysis of results of test

Training end users on the utilization of payment solutions

Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, client & stakeholders by adhering to SLA

Responsibilities:

Implementing and supporting IRetail Business Suite software application used by Choppies backend and application interface using Microsoft SQL 2008, 2012 and 2019

Implementations, configurations and installation of POS system and daily support

IRetail installations and configurations

Daily ERP support calls including SQL query implementations
