Remarkably busy inbound call center, responding to over 100 calls a day on average. Lincoln clients and customers call in to the center for help with their 401K, 403B and 457 retirement accounts. Serving the currently employed and retired/separated participants of the Alcatel-Lucent Retirement System. Through in-bound call volume, I help the participants with the commencement of their retirement/pension. Calculation of benefits, help in the preparation of pension contracts, strict HIPAA compliance and security protocols to ensure privacy over the account. Use of proprietary systems to multitask and adhere to strict scripting. Working knowledge of qualified savings plans, IRA’s and special tax notices. Function as liaison between participant and our processing team in figuring out that all criteria that is necessary for processing reaches the processor for a seamless transition to pension and retirement. Ensure participant satisfaction through survey and quality assurance via QA Inspection.

As a DSL Technical Customer Service Representative, I aided the customer in keeping connection to the Digital Subscriber Line service through cabled modem by copper and wireless protocol. Through heavy in-bound call volume, diagnosed and repaired connectivity of high-speed internet using digital tools, remote control and high-end engineering. On Temporary assignment to serve the employees of the Government sector of ING. Helped employees of state and local governments with keeping their Qualified Plan investments. Moved millions of dollars of funds daily at the dictate of the participant. Working knowledge of ING proprietary systems; duties included adherence to quality, scripted dialog, quality control to support precise accuracy when transitioning funds and ongoing training. Aetna Insurance Claims Examiner
Examined, approved or denied medical and dental claims filed by the physician on behalf of the Aetna participant. Subject to strict accounting of claim approval and denial activity, kept the maximum pay authority due to accuracy. Efficient in medical terminology, coding and billing. Certified in HIPAA compliance. Use of proprietary programs to multitask the needs of the patient, physician and facility. Working knowledge of coverage types to include major medical, hospital, dental and other indemnity coverages and contracts and timeframes in which payments must be made for services provided. Short tenure attributed to my relocation from Indiana, in which this position was found, to my home in Florida.
Allstate Insurance Customer Service Representative
In this supplemental insurance market, I have a working knowledge of insurance contracts for plans specific to cancer, dental, accidental injury and critical illness policies. Helped the customer with the completion of forms for payment under contract, coding and billing requirements to make valid the customer’s claim for reimbursement. In a call center of 100 I was one of a few select to work directly with claims examiners in the interest of claim validity, fraud control and reimbursements. I was often chosen to work with dissatisfied and irate customers referencing denials, contract and coverage issues, required and missing documents, etc. The use of proprietary systems to multitask an efficient resolve, keep customer satisfaction and strict HIPAA compliance.

Good Day!
My name is Jorge (pronounced George) and I am relocated to Florida from Indiana, searching for an opportunity with my experience in the Customer Service and/or Pest Control Industry.
I have been in the business of Customer Service and Pest Control since the 1990’s in Jacksonville, Florida, and have stayed in the business of Pest Control and Customer Service.
My wife Catherine and I moved from Florida to Indiana, to care for my father-in-law who was in poor health. In the latter part of our residency, we relocated him from Michigan to our home, where he passed away in December of 2021.
It was always our intention to move back to Florida when our family business was finished and we’ve done so just a month and a half ago.
We are having a home built in Keystone Heights at the aforementioned address and look forward to retiring here.
Personally, I am married to my best friend Catherine of 20 years, our children are older with families of their own and we enjoy our grandchildren. In Indiana I was also a volunteer Firefighter. I am also a professional musician (drummer) and typically play both Christian Contemporary and Classic Rock genres.
I am ready to participate in your hiring process now and can start immediately. I am available Monday through Friday 7AM to end of work day and Saturday 7AM to 2PM most times.
