20+ years of strong Experience in Maintenance and Instrumentation Department.

Presently working as a Maintenance Engineer in M/s Millborn Switchgears Private Limited,Jaipur (Rajasthan) on CONTACT BASIC from January 2022 To Till date

M/s Millborn Switchgears Pvt Ltd was set up to manufacture Main Switch, Kit kat fuses and STARTERS in 1971

Now MSPL have three manufacturing units. Two units are in Jaipur and one in Bagru. Our products are STARTERS for Motors,KITKAT Fuses, Main Switches, Phase Preventers, MOE Panels, Air Break Contactors Capacitors, Measuring Instruments etc

Presently I am working as a Maintenance Engineer for all three units

Worked in Bikon Water Treatment Pvt Ltd,Gurugram as a Assistant Manger(Automations) from January 2014 To February 2020.

Due to COVID-19 my plant got sick.

Worked in Moser Baer India Ltd., Noida as Engineer (MAINTENANCE) from Jan. 2005 to March 2013.

Worked in Hindustan Polyster Line,Rewari as Shift Engineer(Instrumentation) from 2002 to 2005.

Worked in Parsurampuria Synthetics Ltd,Bhiwadi as Senior Supervisor(Instrumentation) from 1996 to 2002.

Job Profile:-

Responsibility of smoothly run all three plants

Responsibility of maintenance of PLC and VFD Based Automatic machines .Such as Capacitor Winding machine, Capacitor Element Testing machine, Electrolyte Filling machine etc.

Responsibility of maintenance PLC based Automatic Tapping machine

Responsibility of maintenance of Air Compressor and DG

Testing of all types Contactors and DOL/ Star-Delta Circuits

Responsible for all types of calibration (Temperature and Level Controller)

Worked on SIEMENS LOGO PLC and ABB VFD(ACS355,500&550) and ABB DC Drive

Worked on Temperature, Pressure and Level Sensors, Transmitters and Controllers. Different types of ON/OFF and Control valves used in process plan

Analysis of Major, Critical & Repeated Problems & Implementation of Corrective Action Plan.

Maintaining departmental records & ISO documentation.
