Background:

With more than 25 years of formal work experience, I have been working for leading companies in the Insurance and reinsurance industry. Basically developing in the Casualty area, performing executive level positions with the following functions: Business underwriting of different sizes, risk placement in the applicable market, maintenance and development of the business portfolio, international business handling, advising internal areas such as Sales, Claims, and Issuance. Responsible for monitoring and compliance with Solvency II, entitled Support in the products registration of the lines involved with the corresponding authorities. I am a bilingual person. I have been part of the Mexican Association of Insurance Institutions Committee (AMIS). In addition, I was part of internal reengineering projects teams at the LATAM level, detecting areas of opportunity for process improvement. I supported the risk area by providing information for the business continuity plan s activation; Entitled Training for new entry staff in the area. I have attended internal underwriting audits, provided Support in the development of internal advertising campaigns for new products, made executive presentations to establish strategies for the business, including reports preparation. I made presentations to international leaders. I have analytical thinking skills, synthesis, teamwork, verbal and written communication, leadership, business vision, and results oriented, which led me to obtain incremental achievements.
