PROJECT TITLE : Close Switch, Trip Switch &Tension Shaft Assembly WORK HANDLED : Assembly, Wiring, Testing.

CLIENT : ICF, Chennai

ROLES AND RESPONSBLITES: -

1. Design of the 33kV, 11kV and Low voltage panels as per the customer specifications and Single line diagrams using AUTO CAD.

2. Assembling of Starters from 10 HP – 3OO HP, VCB, VC, LBS, and ISOLATOR. 3. Supervision and assembling / fabrication work of the switchgear panels and execute the panel wiring as per the schematic circuits.

4. Technical support-Testing & commissioning of POWER CONTACTORs, VCBs, CT AND PT in the switchgear panels at site premises.

5. Testing of CT, PT, Circuit breakers, Switchgear and power transformer up to 33kv system. 6. After completing the panel wiring works, VISUAL TEST, HV TEST, Operation and interlock test, contact resistance and operation analyzer test to be performed. 7. Trouble shooting of control and power circuits. Assisting the Operation and maintenance team in carrying out breakdown maintenance / rectification works. DECLARATION:-
