Manage both Warehouse Operations and Supervision of 6 Forklift Drivers under a DC Government Water Fulfillment Contract for a complete metals recycling process to include cleaning of 800,000 meters of various sizes up to 4,000 pounds each. Metals include Ferrous and Non- Ferrous. Payment is contingent upon the daily scrap metals stock market value. This process requires close management and adherence to assembly line processes to achieved $80,000 monthly revenues. I enjoy and take pride in a hands working relationship with the warehouse staff to create and maintain monthly profit goals.
