Project Title: Hydrogen as an alternative fuel

Description: Hydrogen, when used to generate electricity through a fuel cell, is an emission free alternative fuel that can be produced from diverse domestic energy sources. Research and commercial efforts are under way to build the hydrogen fueling infrastructure and produce hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles that are practical for widespread use.

Project Title: Enhancement of seating system in Royal Enfield Description: The main objective of the project is to resolve the quality issues for Royal Enfield child parts, implementation of various gauges and make SPM rotary welding machine of silent block.

• To resolve quality issues for C-5 rider, NT-51 rider, silent block and seat hinge.

• To implement the various gauges for child parts.

• Design the gauges using modelling software.

• Analyze the gauge using CMM and compare with the specifications.
