Job Description
Dealing with various commercial, residential & Health care projects for HVAC System Installation, HVAC System selection and their operation & maintenance.
Supervision and Operation & Maintenance of Existing Absorption & Compression/Centrifugal Chillers,,FCU’s, AHU’s, Cooling Tower, and Pumps by maintaining maintenance planes of daily, weekly and monthly checkup basis and troubleshooting, ensuring the optimum operations of plant equipment.
Managing contracts, evaluation of HVAC system performance.
Complete industrial Coordination to meet the HVAC activities to be in accordance with local and international Standard engineering practice.
Managing different O&M Projects with resolving the issues to ensure the safe & smooth HVAC system.
Managing resources, Manpower allocation to designated areas of expertise to obtain running quality with safety.
Managing on service repair procedures, preventive maintenance as per latest recommended practice.
Providing training to the staff in quality implementation on operation of HVAC system with optimum system performance & reliability.
