Dear Management Team Board,

During my time working with Lineage I have always had ambition learning all the procedures that came with the job title I had taken. When I got hired Seven years ago as a warehouse operator, I wanted to learn all the machines and different customers we dealt with. I was not the fastest but, was always one of the most effective when I finally comprehended what I was assigned, I have always enjoyed a new challenge and have volunteered to help other facilities in need of assistance. I believe I can fill the position posted due to my ability to adapt and learn accordingly.

To follow up what I am trying to say, I have been a lead for a couple years now at Lineage Logistics under the supervision of Ernest and Jose. they have taught me the true values of a strong leader and what needs to get done to ensure everyone is happy and doing their job at full capacity being Initiative but most importantly staying safe. I have decided to pursue a new career and do something I enjoy doing which is driving trucks. I always told myself I would get my Commercial Driver’s License and I finally obtained my goal. I am a hard worker, have strong ambition, and most importantly always work as safe as possible so our equipment and loads will always be safe under my care.

Thank you all for taking the time and considering me for an interview, I know there is going to be a lot of strong candidates for this position, but I know I have all the skills and tools ready to handle this new role as a CDL driver. I look forward to interviewing for this position.
