I have been in service industry for 25+ years. Started at my grandparents family dinner. Where I did Everything Cook, Dishwasher, server, manger.went on to be a kitchen manger for a country club. We had Full kitchen did buffet& 250 platted dinner party’s. Restaurant was open 7 days we had full bar. 2 years there.

1996-2016 I started at Union Street Station Traverse city Michigan

Restaurant/Bar, night club after 10pm… I did everything here & for 7 years I was Bartender & Day manger. Than was General manger 5 years. I was employed at Union street station 20 years.

2016 I moved to Tampa Fl

I was Bartender & Server at Carne Chope house Ybor City for 2 years

2018 started Gaspars Grotto Ybor City Bartender/Server 3 years. After reopening (pandemic) I moved up to FOH/assistant GM. Bartender/server morning shift which I did till September 1st 2022. I also Bartended every Friday & Saturday night 7pm till close, I been doing all jobs still while doing my manger duties.

I am a hard worker & team player. No time for Drama! I am looking to work in a drama free environment. I live in Ybor City looking to keep my job in Ybor.

I do have a locals will come see me where ever I am. I do my job well I give Great Service.
