Proper allocation of supervising team to the complaint registered site.
Inspection of customer’s complaint on the reported site.
Routine check up of the assets which have the repeated problem.
In co ordination with the preventive maintenance team, we will visit the reported site and inspect the reported location.
Daily updating of complaints in excel sheet and will prepare investigation report or site information report according to the severity of the complaint.
