Manage all critical projects of the mine such as shaft sinking and equipping, haulages drilling and equipping, shaft repairs and tailings storage construction.

Creation of monthly and annual mining plans.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate the planning, budgeting, scheduling, implementation, and monitoring KPIs of all mine projects until completion in liaison with project teams, Underground Manager, Mine Manager and other stakeholders.

Ensure the safety and health of project teams by enforcing company standard operating procedures.

Coordinate the creation of monthly and annual mining production and development schedules with Underground Manager, Technical Services Manager, SHE, Mine Captains, Surveyors, Geology, Engineering, Finance and Procurement.

Communicate to the executive and all mine supervisors through daily operations report on the projects, production, plant and development output information and statistics. Investigate deviations and ensure appropriate action is taken to attain targets.
