Function as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Roles to ensure the maintenance and Governance is met for Nestle US and CA entities.

Security Configurations

Maintain SAP Roles security build using 3rd party tools for ECC, BIM, EWM or other server for all operating companies

Analyze Roles and User information in SAP ECC, BIM, EWM or other server using transactions SU01, SUIM, SCUL, SU10, RSECADMIN, SU24, PFCG

Create processes for requesting, approving rejecting access requests, and execution

Organize and monitor the Business, Control Framework, and Role Links to ensure the correct role assignment process is followed

Support Operating Companies business with the correct roles design

Partner with Control Framework to reduce segregation of duties violations and to ensure assignment of sensitive roles

Role Definitions/Maintenance

Facilitated relationships between Level 2 Roles and Security team to ensure maximum benefit for the business customers

Deliver training and guidance to various Business users to ensure efficient processing of Roles requests

Perform routine maintenance, administrative and system reconciliation tasks in PRAM, ITIM, SAP-HR, Nestool
