Highlights:

eBay: Currently worked on the new site launch for EMEA and APAC region global market in both buyer and seller experience portals of eBay.

Google: Spearheaded the successful launch of their Chatbot interface site that was used as a service provider to some renowned cellular service providers - AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile (US Market) Optus (Australia) Telus/Rogers (Canada) to name a few.

LinkedIn: Lead the new global language launch at LinkedIn for Hindi LinkedIn impacting 600 million+ users worldwide. End to end deliverables were executed and successfully completed pertaining to their Project Manager Ownership initiative of linguistic quality team Southeast Asia market

Apple: Several AI/ML/Metadata/Targeted training and AI Virtual assistant product program successfully completed (Siri interactive model, HomePod, Apple Maps and Music to name a few)

Working with and managing teams that are related to testing and SDLC phases and environment. I have the experience of working on several content types – Ui/UX Virtual assistant (both audio and screen interface) Chatbot designs, AI/ML/CV/NLU/QA/SDLC. Several projects at scale with models to test, train, validate and improve the throughput and the targeted model. (Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning/ Natural Language Understanding). Extensive use if various linguistic model training methods to make a robust training and meta data sets at scale. Expert at digital content review/content curation/content validation, exploratory, manual and UI/Beta tool/software testing, proficient in using various web-based applications on both handheld and desktop devices and strong analytical skills. Scribe for the sprint/scrum monthly/weekly sync-ups. Cross trained new hires on the tools and platforms being used, set up devices/accounts/peripherals/mailing lists for groups/individual(s) joining/exiting teams/projects, worked on several software and internet platforms.
