Role : Was over the day today scheduling of trucks to ship out products and receiving of material comming in to the branch . Used E1 computer programming and other computer programs to keep track of all the orders needed to go out through the day also to fix any problems that may come about with any of the orders or customers. Packed sheet stock and bar grading on skids per order spec's using cardboard to protect and banding machine to secure the product. Called in all the trucks at the end of the day for pick up of orders also handled customer walk- in and customer pick- ups .I was the last line of defense over quality I had to read the order and make sure the material cut sizes, paint,welding etc. were in compliance with the order .Filled ups orders made boxes and labels as well as for FedEx.This is what my main job was I also helped out in the fabrication department reading blue prints welding, using pluton saw,bailey saw,plasma cutter and a vast majority of hand held tools. Also crane certified, forklift certified. I also preferred other odd and end thing as the day permitted from day to day

Role : Mig welding using hardwire,Flux core in an assortment of different projects on automobiles fixing frames, brackets, sheet metal some were factory parts and some I had to fabricate from scratch anything to do with welding on automobiles. Role : Mig welding armored military vehicles and parts using stainless wire,parts such as bumpers,brush guards, tank doors,battery boxes and a wide variety of other related parts.One of the bigger projects I worked on was the RPG cages for the striker vehicle. I also worked as a cold bonding tech which is a special process of using special paint and glue adhesive with jigs to put kevlar on the inside of side walls, also do the same for the under side of the trucks except instead of kevlar you use a special type of aluminum. Had to read blue prints drawings and take written and verbal commands certified in forklift operations,over head crane used plasma cutters, torches, shear and a variety of different hand tools also have a little experience on a plasma table. Was awarded the .50cal coin of excellence at Ultra Fabrication for my hard work ethic for fixing a order that had been sent to a customer wrong and they were on a stricked deadline and I got it all fixed and turned around for them in record time
