Founded LVR in 1993 and in less than ten years helped to create an industry leading, multi-faceted production services company.

Established industry leading quality control standards for camera, optics, sound and lighting equipment rentals. Provided cameras lenses and look-up tables for "The Education of Max Bickford" television's first prime-time HD episodic series for CBS / 20th Century Fox 2001-2002

Provided cameras, lenses and look-up tables for the Academy Award nominated feature film "Frozen River" 2008 Provided production services for many HBO specials such as “Robert Klein”, “Monica Lewinsky in Black and White” and Janet Jackson “The Velvet Rope Concert”.

Provided location production, satellite and engineering services for TV Globo’s (Brazil) coverage of the 2002 FIFA World Cup in Korea and Japan utilizing the LVR Extreme Digital and LVR Newstream OB vehicles. Provided technical guidance and HDTV equipment for Bruce Springsteen live at Madison Square Garden HBO 2000 Collaborated with award-winning documentary filmmakers David Van Taylor and David Leitner on projects such as: “The Perfect Candidate”, “Kneeling Before G-D” etc.

I oversaw a staff of 25 employees in NYC and Nashville, TN who provided a variety of rental, engineering, satellite and field production services to a diverse client base in the television and entertainment industry. I established industry leading quality control and technical standards in the camera, engineering, lighting and audio departments. Oversaw operations management which included sourcing, inventory management and human resources. Lead design team for LVR Extreme Digital and Newstream Digital HD / SD digital satellite vehicles. Created custom look up tables for prime-time television and Academy Award nominated feature films and documentaries. Managed all aspects of marketing which included: ad creation and placement, film festival sponsorship, sales, technical seminars and social media.
