Company Manufactures like all kind of Panel s like that H.T.,PCC,MCC,PMCC,APFC,SLDB, Control panels, Synchronizing Panels, Fix panels, Change over panels, Relay Control panels, Automation panels, Draw out Panels, Bus duct.

I have been working for Production Department organization named Active Automation Pvt. Ltd, based at Ahmedabad as Production & Planning Engineer in since July 2014. My role includes following activities

Monitoring and controlling all the activates from receiving P.O copy to material inward to the completion of final product and dispatch for equipment’s in Panel Propriety Dept.

Preparing the Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Schedules in MS projects for the jobs deliveries of various project.

Preparation of material requirement sheet according to product and based on design data & taking action according.

Prepare the purchase requisition as per bill of material for received orders.

Analyses of drawing to reduces cycle time & make faster delivery.

Making conclusion for job to make in-house or make from out-side agency as job work.

Provide all required of materials to production department through by doing making & cutting properly as per job parts requirements as per specification in given design.

Giving the priority to purchase department for procurement off all materials as per priority & sequence of process for job.

Taking follow-up for daily material receipt as per requirement from purchase.

Measuring & monitoring of the projects as daily status from production department.

Ensuring the sequence & timing of process which must be in-line with requirements of our plan.

Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production machines.

Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target.

Planning day to day production to achieve maximum production.

Utilization of manpower accurately.

Troubleshooting and solving technical problems

Handling skilled manpower and administration of shop floor.

Analysis of daily tool consumption and generation of production reports

Supervising hourly production

Arrange the inspection call for job as internal inspection or external agency as third party inspection & client as final inspection.

Arrange & Ensure packing slips through Subordinates and get them checked by QC prior to Dispatch to ensure right quality.

Providing Packing details to dept, Through Subordinates for Timely Finalization of Transportation Vehicles through Logistics dept.
