Main responsibilities included making initial contact and follow-ups with pre-approved clients to collect their information and documents. Once documents were gathered, I would prepare files ready for Processing. Once Underwritten, I would work alongside the client and processor to clear all conditions and prepare ready for Closing. I would also take applications and host meetings for realtors and/or clients to help my Loan Officer with his business. I took a moderate role in marketing as well managing applications such as Facebook and Instagram to maximize influx of clientele. August 2021 – June 2022
LOAN PARTNER, INTERLINC MORTGAGE
My responsibilities included calling new leads received from realtors and builders that would send us business. I updated the realtor/builder on where their lead was in the process. Some leads qualified, some didn’t, and were sent to credit repair, etc. After taking a new client’s application I would run their credit and collect all documents necessary for a Pre-Approval or Denial. I would chase documents and information on all files daily. Once all documents necessary were received I structured the loan to the client’s best benefit. I managed my Loan Officers pipeline from New Lead to Contract. Once a Contract was received, I would prepare Disclosure Documents to be signed by the client then send the file to Processing. Constantly updating, informing, and building a strong relationship with all parties involved was very important. With the help of his team, my specific Loan Officer was a Top Producer and Top 5 Branches in the company Nationwide.
EDUCATION
Attended the University of Texas at San Antonio. Awarded an Athletic Scholarship to be a part of the Cross Country and Track Team. I studied Public Relations with a minor in Spanish. SKILLS
