• Select and set up lenses and nozzles based on material type and thickness, load programs and set machine parameters to ensure optimal performance of the equipment.

• Maintain and service the laser daily by cleaning the lenses, the nozzle, the scrap bins, and shuttle tables Turret Punch Press Operator

• Load and unload material onto the machine and observe the machine while it’s running.

• Deburring and cleaning the punched product.

Assembly

• Hand assembly and assembly using manual tools in a metal manufacturing site.

• Bolts sub-assemblies, such as motors, pumps, control panels, blowers, heating units, and doors, using Wrenches, power nut runners, rivet guns, drills.

• Align doors, brackets, racks, and moving parts before tightening to achieve appearance, fit, and movement specified.

• Packs or folds insulation between panels and complete packaging. Deburr/Timesave

• Create optimal surface finish conditions and remove burrs on components using hard tools and automated equipment per blueprint or verbal instructions.

• Examination of surfaces to find defects.

Material Shearer

• Adjusts stops on machine to regulate size of cut according to order information contained on the cut sheet.

• Stages sheared material on tables for next fabricating operation.

• Maintain a list of material inventory and organized material into different sectors. References Available Upon Request
