Summary
I have a determined and have a decisive way of thinking. I catch on to new tasks very quickly. I work hard and never leave a task that I personally start, unfinished. I work well alone, and with others. I am willing to learn new things, and am a very goal driven and organized person. Studied Criminal Justice in college, and planned to be a police officer. ● I was in charge of safety and compliance, but also the entire store as a whole due to being an assistant manager. I had to ensure the store was functioning properly and to its full potential. Shrink and inventory was also my other main focuses to ensure the store was on the best path in reaching the goals that were set for us. Safety and security were number one in this position and field.
Asset Protection Associate (APA) September 2017-2020
● I apprehended shoplifters and carried out internal investigations in the workplace. I was tasked with cash office paperwork, safety walks around the store, and merchandise protection walks. I worked hand in hand with law enforcement on a daily basis. Safety and security were number one in this position and field.
