Work as a Scrum Master for Medtronic Cardiac Rhythm and Heart Failure (CRHF) RD teams developing various medical technologies and telehealth applications for cardiac patients across the world.

ACHIEVEMENTS
Within 6 months of working with both companies I was able to help teams reduce the technical debt backlog, by introducing the practice of allocating 20% of teams capacity towards it.
Successfully introduced the concept of ongoing Demo, where Developers demoed as soon as the wrapped up a story. This helped reduced waste often encountered with rejected stories.
