●Supervise 4 payroll Specialists for 2 Full time/Part Time payrolls.

●Management of the organization’s payroll operations for 1800+ union and non-union employees. Prioritize and implement procedures to ensure timely reporting and processing and support the team in doing the same.

Sr. Payroll Coordinator

●Supervise 1 payroll coordinator and oversee 3 Full time payrolls which includes 600+ employees in multiple states

●Responsible for managing all 3 USTA payrolls which includes up to 600+ full-time employees running 12 months a year and up to 2000 employees on 1 bi-weekly payroll running approximately 6-8 months a year for the US Open. The above payrolls are processed using ADP WFN software and EzLabor software, a time clock system designed for Windows that is linked directly to the ADP software.

●Bi-weekly payroll processing which include collecting and updating employee attendance records and securing department head approvals. Uploading approved time from EzLabor into ADP WFN software and transmitting payroll to ADP for processing. Reviewing and reconciling the completed payroll to timesheets/EzLabor and processing checks for distribution. Preparation of the fund transfer requests to the payroll account and 401(k) transfers with Fidelity.

●Perform 401K audit reports on a bi-weekly basis to ensure all employee contribution and match is correct based on company plan and guide lines.

●Maintain and troubleshoot time clocks including adding additional clocks for the US Open as needed. Back up clocks on a daily basis and archive data at end of each bi-weekly payroll.

●Preparation of monthly payroll and subsidiary journal entries for salaries and taxes for NTC payrolls. Maintain quarterly and annual reconciliation between general ledger and ADP Tax reports.

●Utilize ADP Reporting to prepare monthly earnings reports and year-to-date hours and earnings reports for Division Heads and Human Resources.

●Liaison with Human Resources on a daily basis to keep proper employee records.
