Monitor & control HVAC work and witness testing, commissioning, startup and trial run of HVAC installations

Coordinate/review/finalize as-built drawings and O&M manual with contractors prior to takeover of the project

Prepare and review plans, procedures and instructions for maintenance and critical jobs

Participate in routine maintenance, failure analysis and troubleshooting of HVAC systems

Ensure the availability of all spare parts and special tools required for the maintenance activities
