FTS uses POMS - their legacy system -as a configurable Interface between Customers’ and Fujitsu’s Call Management Systems. Its Communication is based on e-Mail (standard) or http-Requests.Messages are processed in real-time, i.e. whenever a relevant Status Change occurs.The POMS legacy system is acting as central enterprise service bus for service connections in parallel with the WebMethods environment handling internal and external integration in all areas including service business. As part of the POMS migration project 68 relevant POMS partner connection are planned to be migrated to WebMethods and the POMS legacy system is planned to be decommissioned after migrating all the partners.
