Program: Policy Acknowledgment Report
Issue: Emkay management requested a program to generate a report for clients to view via Emkay’s website drivers that have or haven’t acknowledged the client’s driver policy. Solution: Created DB/c program to generate data. Added Java endpoint to application for API call from main website and method to service class for data from DB/c program. Program: Interest Rate Type CSV Report
Issue: Department Manager needed the ability to generate a report of Interest Rate Types based on Region and Date Range, or all Interest Rate Types available. Solution: Created DB/c program for user to input Interest Rate Type and/or Region, and Date Range to generate a CSV report of Interest Rate Types and Rates. Program: Twilio Enotification Messaging Program
Issue: Convert Java program to DB/c program to save memory space by using database programming language (DB/c).
Solution: Created DB/c program that outputs Emkay’s Twilio credentials, client’s contact information, Emkay’s message to client about vehicle maintenance, order status, etc. via a cURL command to Twilio.
Program: In-Service Vehicles Count Program
Issue: Emkay management requested a program to output the current number of vehicles that are in the maintenance service.
Solution: Created DB/c program for user to input date range for a count of fleet vehicles in-service or out-of-service.
Feature: Regional Support Contact Information
Issue: Emkay changed contact information for customer support to a regional support system and wanted this information updated on the main website. Solution: Added DB/c code to existing DB/c program to generate customer support data for the different regions. Added Java endpoint to application for API call from main website and method to service class for data from DB/c program.
