As a Major Healthcare provider in the Houston Area, Houston Methodist has a dedicated team to do multiple analysis on the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic. I joined the team who was tasked to gather census data from all 8 HM Community hospitals and deliver insights on ICU management, Bed management, Staff management.
