one was tech support helping with PCs and printers. Taking calls and setting up service calls and replacements
one was helping with taxes, resetting passwords and ordering software
one was helping set up CPR classes. And checking status of certifications
I worked for Convergys from 2013 to 2015
At Convergys I took calls setting up satellite dishes and getting DVRs set up and connected to Wi-Fi or wired networks. I helped with billing issues and helped set up installations and service calls
I worked for Support.com from 2017 to 2019
A Support.com I helped with troubleshooting modems and connecting to Wi-Fi and ethernet
I set up repairs and replacements and helped with billing and other issues
And I worked for Kelly Connect from 2020 to 2022
At Kelly Connect I took calls and helped troubleshoot all Apple products. Primarily Macs and iPhone but also air pods and beats and Apple Tv devices. I also helped with iCloud issues.
All my other previous experience is driving and customer service and general labor.
