PROFILE: I was a Technical Data Designer on F-15EX and an MQ-25 Customer Training Specialist at Boeing in St Louis. I have been involved with the Saudi Arabia F-15 testing. I am a licensed A&P mechanic with U.S. Air Force F-15 Crew Chief experience as well as specializing in hydraulics, sheet metal, and engines. Also, I served on the Veterans Task Force.

January 17, 2020- MQ-25 Customer Training Specialist

I gather documentation to prove and then write the MQ-25 Maintenance training for Boeing. I am writing both initial and master task list that I will, when finished, train the United States Navy and Boeing employees that which I have written. I am the subject matter expert (SME) and therefore the go to man for the maintenance portion for all things maintenance. I wrote 20 of the 36 FAM units while co-writing 3 others for the maintenance version with 2 weeks left on our deadline. I am on loan assisting F-15EX Tech Pubs.

As a flight operations mechanic, I performed the duties of the following job classifications: Inspector Aircraft, Mechanic Electrical and Electronics, and Mechanic Flight. I performed operational checkout of aircraft prior to and during testing. I am trained to inspect explosives. I maintain aircraft historical records. I have inspected and performed daily maintenance of the iron bird aircraft and modifications to it for the Saudi Arabia testing version there. Perform operational checkout of hydraulic systems and mechanical systems. Diagnose and correct hydraulic and mechanical malfunctions. I can perform engine buildup as assigned. I can also install, repair, and replace tanks, power plants, generators, and aircraft engines. Install or replace reservoirs, etc. and repair leaks in same. Install or replace instruments such as fuel quantity, rate of climb and oil pressure indicators. Perform crash crew duties as directed having been trained by in the USAF on Aircraft Battle Damage Repair (ABDR). I also do general maintenance such as splice, route, clamp, solder, and string tie wires or wire bundles. Repair, install and hook up bomb, missile and rocket racks and pylons. Install and load ejection seats and guns. Install adjust, repair and replace structural parts and assemblies.

I inspect over 4.5 million cans per shift as the final inspector. I have also been trained on how to repair the cuppers, body makers, washers, printers, inside spray machines, and tech palletizers. I am also trained on how to operate all of those pieces of equipment.

Using a secret security clearance, I repair and rework any problems that have occurred during the construction of the FA/22. I trained newer employees on the work load and how to use technical data I clear discrepancies that I, or lesser trained employees, repaired. I have manufactured, repaired, inspected, and modified various parts throughout the production line, and have been through bonded nut plate and cold working courses there at Lockheed Martin, as well as having been trained in reading manufacturer blueprints from Lockheed Martin, Boeing, and their combined prints. I also have sent in REA's with descriptions of the problems and what, in my professional opinion, would be the best repair procedure.

As an Airframe and Powerplant Technician working in the commercial sector, I learned how to expedite, troubleshooting, and repairing of aircraft while maintaining flight schedule that allowed the company to profit. I also trained other personnel that were less experienced than me.

I trained at Sheppard Air Force Base to become a F-15 Crew Chief from march of 1995 until the end of June 1995. I was then assigned to Spangdahlem Air Force Base, Germany. While I was there, I received top of the line on the job training from the 53rd's finest NCO's. I was taught how to work with the manual aircraft forms known as the 781's, as well as CAMS, TCTO's, and the standard TO's. After a few months of in depth training, I was training several of the newer troops on the minor tasks that were the base of aviation knowledge. My squadron was closed and I was then assigned to Eglin Air Force Base in Fort Walton Beach, Florida where I was trained yet more and I became fairly proficient and knowledgeable on the F-15 and with aviation in general.
