WORK EXPERIENCE

PDVSA GAS, S.A., Methane Gas Transportation Maintenance and Distribution Department: Reliability Engineer (2014 – to date).

· Master Data update equipment and prioritization of assets (SAP PM).

· Coordination of the assets structural re-engineering project for PDVSA methane gas transmission and distribution division, using SAP PM (approx. 95,000 associated equipment).

· Support in the implementation of the Pipeline Integrity Plan, integrating the ROSEN Asset Integrity Management Software for Pipelines and PDVSA s Related Services (ROAIMS Modules) and Business Management System (SAP).

Maintenance Planning Engineer (2005 – 2014).

· In charge of drafting and managing Preventive Maintenance Plans for the TyD Methane gas facilities (stations, cathodic protection systems and pipes) encompassing approximately 2,412 plans nationwide, using the SAP PM module and based on ASME B31.8S and integrity rules on PDVSA assets.

· Coordinating overhauls or major maintenance plans for the facilities and the scheduling of in-line pipe inspections.

· Management of the maintenance management and control indicators system (SAP PM& SAP CO modules), definition of performance and process optimization indicators.

· Coordination of materials management for the department nationwide, drafting of spare parts plans, control of procurement processes and timely delivery (SAP PM & SAP MM modules).
