Duration: January 2021 to November 2021

Project Description: It is one of the finest clone Apps in the market that has many kinds of apps. Apps like Taxi, Food, Delivery, Retail a Place or Room Booking etc. Roles and Responsibilities:

● Analysing tickets to prepare test scripts

● Executing the functional test cases and raising the bugs

● Tracking all the bugs and moving to closure

● Regression script execution for various applications on monthly test release.

● Handling New Functionality & Regression set.

● Guiding and giving knowledge transfer sessions to the new joiners of the team.

● Following the planned assignments and support of the application based on the requirements.

● Evaluate all customer complaints for quality and escalate issues if required and provide training to all project teams and perform required audits and perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
