General Manager Industrial Maintenance

Army **-** Injured had to leave, Job inelegance analysts. Studied Management Western four years and worked for government (Intelligence) Until graduation. Started in sale for Douglas Corp. Manufacturing and processing systems and machines. (repairs, rebuilds and improvements) Became the number one sales person for corporation. Quit when they cut my commission because I was selling too much and making more than the Managers. Studied Hydraulics at Cornell Hydraulics Institute in Portland for four years. Built my own company. (Hampton Specialties) Made parts for manufacturing and processing plants for repairs and breakdowns, repaired equipment in house and onsite, up grade and put in line equipment and systems, emergency repair service 24/7 Studied Mechanical but quit when i learned what i needed to learn. Company purchased by Douglas Corp. I was made the General Manager and paid well. Company did well. Taught my son what i knew and after a dozen good years I let him have my position and retired. I miss the challenges, travel, and friends.
