TVC Marketing, Oklahoma City, OK August 2012-April 2014 Customer Service Representative
• Took at least 56 incoming calls per day to assist customers with accounts, billing, and membership benefits, and entered their information into the system.
• Collected information and paperwork for members’ legal needs, such as traffic citation information, power of attorney paperwork, as well as any paperwork required by courts or attorneys in the area of the member’s court case.
• Coordinated with attorneys and legal assistants to ensure that all paperwork needed for member’s case was obtained, as well as keeping member updated on case status.
• Often assisted financial department and mail room with filing, packing and sorting mail, and various paperwork, receipts, bills, ledgers, and other such documents as needed.

• Utilized spreadsheet-based system to analyze legal database, based on comparisons to data hand-collected from nationwide court systems.
• Collected running status updates on database system to ensure correct data was coming through, presented findings weekly to management team for purposes of optimization of system.
• Also took on data entry tasks for the purpose of data auditing, either confirming incoming data was correct or making it so.

• Data conversion specialist for JailTracker, a jail management system and the company’s main product. Usually involves receiving data from client’s old system and processing data into JailTracker by way of hand-mapping using TSQL scripts.
• Run through multiple data reviews and audits with clients from jails and court systems through conference calls.
• For non-SQL Server data backups, create solutions for conversion from foreign format into SQL Server .bak files.
• Have created many complex and robust TSQL scripts and data conversion processes for these purposes.
