Pre-Construction Project Estimating and Budgeting - Developed the size and scope of each project. Set parameters, guidelines, and path of WHO - will do what. WHAT- will be done and by whom. WHEN - particular task portions or project phases will be completed. WHERE - any portion or phase is/was started and/or completed as on the project timeline and specifications.
ο Monitor project/employee expenses - maintained an accurate record of labor and material costs to improve upon those areas in the future.
• Maintained up-to-date records and material costs using Smart-sheet software.
ο Collaborated with the office secretary and/or accounting clerk - to ensure that projects are completed both on time, at and /or under budget.
ο Tracked and monitored inventory/supplies - weekly, count supply inventory to decrease the instances of theft and/or waste.
Coordinate Project Activities:
• Coordinated Activities of all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the satisfactory completion of the project.
