● Large interior supplier and installation company in Colorado, servicing the metro area. Working closely with several major residential builders, designers, homeowners, subcontractors and multiple vendors to ensure the project is on schedule from start to finish.
● Scheduling vendors, warranty follow ups, building rapport with existing client accounts, ensuring proper safety and OSHA laws, acting as a liaison between the builder and subcontractors, attending ribbon cutting ceremonies as part of our community outreach and networking, et al.
● Since joining the company, charge backs have been reduced by almost half and also have made a 26% expense reduction in overall time, material and labor costs as well as taking over an account with Richmond Home Builders on the brink of terminating their contract with us and turned it into a success for both entities.
● Working with Covington Homes, I was the lead on four separate St Jude’s Homes, which included high end and custom work and collaboration with many of the sponsors, the President of Covington Homes and representatives with St Jude. Unrelated to completion of these homes, we were awarded Company of the Year recognition at their annual ceremony.

I worked as a subcontractor for Lowe’s through Focus on Floors as a floor project estimator for laminate, carpet and engineered flooring. I set each appointment with the homeowners, designed and created the floor plan and compiled the measurements to send to Lowe’s for them to complete their estimate, based on the information I provided to them.
