Conceptualized, drove, and delivered organization-wide IT policy and oversaw all technology operations. Directly managed all major and ancillary IT systems including e-mail, Internet connectivity, telecommunications, information security, and corporate website. Installed a remote desktop program which enabled users to access all databases including email and file servers from a single gateway.

Consolidated 17 physical servers into one cluster by utilizing the Nutanix System combined with node mirroring.
