Assistant General Counsel: 1990-1991

While awaiting admission to the New York State Bar, handled violations of probation matters for misdemeanor and felony offenses, prepared violation of probation reports for the General Counsel’s office, made limited appearances in the criminal courts in Kings, and prepared and conducted violation of probation hearings. Fairly evaluated the evidence supporting the probationer’s charges and determined whether the probationer should be violated.

Verified trades of foreign currency and back-office operations from the trading floor to ensure proper handling of the trades at the correct trading prices for the day of the trade.
