2004-2006 Electrician, Jamison Electric
Job consisted of warranty service calls, with residential homeowners insurance. I would go from house to house 7-10 a day, fix any repairs that they needed to have done, so long as it was covered by their insurance co. Jobs ranged from panel change outs, to replacing switches and outlets. Various amounts of troubleshooting were involved per location.
2001-2003 Electrician, Astro Electric
Residential Work, consisting of running circuits, setting pipe for SCE, hanging panels, inspecting and verifying the phasing of panels to ensure the correct installation of all electrical wiring, and perform the final inspections to ensure all circuits and lighting are working properly. Supervision of various crews consisting of five to seven men.
2000-2001 Electrician, Long Beach Convention Center Worked on assignments consisting of changing ballasts, bending pipe, pulling wire, and troubleshooting any electrical malfunctions during various types of events, such as rock concerts, car shows, hockey games and other scheduled events. Building and maintaining various transformers and distribution of power.
1995-2000 Electrician, Long Beach Grand Prix
Working with generators of all sizes, to be able to distribute power to many different locations usually long distances. Worked with various voltages such as 110 - 240 and 480. Supplied and hooked up power to various motor control systems. Built 60-100and 200 amp panels from scratch. Built and maintained 75kva-150kva and 600kva transformers. Was also in charge of all lighting systems in warehouse, which included anything from fluorescents to mercury vapor bulbs. EDUCATION
