In its first year, the center served over 800 residents, placing over 500 people into livable wage jobs. Public Market Feasibility Study: City of Minneapolis May 2017 The research examined and assessed general site selection criteria for a Pubic Market, a comparison of cooperative, private and non-profit public market ownership and management models. Hiawatha Light Rail: Transit Oriented Development Research Project May 2006 The research examined the current and future impact of the Hiawatha Light Rail Project on Transit Oriented Development by looking at similar projects in other municipalities globally (Toronto Canada; Cordoba, Brazil; Melbourne Australia).
