PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN, merck & co.

Installation of single use technology to run Clarification, Chromatography, Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), Inline Dilution (ILD) and Parker Hannifin Dispense Skid. Upon completing such task proceed to component testing before proceeding to batch production on the system. Post production activities which included Decontamination (Decon) of equipment with sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) to denature any remaining virus or biological matter. Oversee equipment is taking from Decontamination state and properly rinsed, deenergize equipment and breakdown.

Executed S.A.P transactions into the system to help track inventory, production cost and to ensure genealogy of material used in Batch production. At batch completion ensure all unused material has been reversed in S.A.P and all labels and reports are reconciled.

Perform sampling activities such aliquoting procurement using GLIMs to document sample origination, and delivery to specified sample groups E.M Lab, Quality Lab and Warehouse Locations.

Maintain a mindset of excellence amongst colleagues by emphasizing Batch record review, and waste walkthroughs to increase good housekeeping practices to stay compliant with cGMP measured performance metrics
