Personnel

Train other officers, motivate, supervise and recommend/ achieve operational goals of property.

Answering complaints made through the Mayor's Action Line/and responding in a timely manner

Conduct on-going training with office staff; e.g., leasing, paperwork, workplace safety, customer service and any other type of training that may be needed on a daily basis.

Promptly and effectively resolve safety issues within the city.

Ensuring that files are completed and accurate and all paperwork is completed within the designated timeframes.

Maintain records on all aspects of neglects and dog bite reports, mandated within the state guidelines/.

Enter all activities into the computer input and ensure proper follow up is done.

Review all credit reports, landlord references, employment references, etc., in an objective manner and according to company policy to determine acceptance or rejection.

Public Relations

Maintain a positive customer service attitude.

Make periodic inspections for follow up neglect cases...

Initiate and implement policies/procedures to maintain safety within the community; e,g., complaints, service requests, etc.

Promptly and effectively resolve public safety issues.

Make sure all complaints are properly recorded in the computer system, given to the proper department, completed in a timely manner and marked in the computer system as completed when finished.
