WORK EXPERIENCE

® Steel detailing and design services provided to the Steel Construction industry

From 2018 employed at Bullseye Detailing Services as a senior detailer for the steel

construction industry and developed shop and fabrication packages for a series of steel

fabrication companies on projects for school expansions, hospital additions, industrial

expansions. Directly involved in design build projects working closely with assigned Structural

Project PE to assist in the design of stairs, stair towers, large canopy additions, connection

designs for structural projects as well as unique misc. projects such as entry ways for theme

parks and stadium concession stands etc.

® While at Flextex Consulting Inc. Steel Detailer Designer Headed up the Structural Steel Detailing

department in 1998 and provided the steel fabrication industry both structural and misc. steel

fabrication shop drawing services on hundreds of projects over the years. This includes Cost

Estimating Projects for man hours based on Contract Drawings and client supplied specifications

and associated addendums. Projects ranged from but not limited to industrial access platforms

and access ways, structural steel for both new construction and capitol modifications to existing

structures. Misc. steel detailing ranging from stair towers, cat walks, various access ladders, pipe

racks, handrail and guardrail systems, industrial hoppers and cell phone towers etc.

®@ Industrial Design & Drafting/Project management

From early 1995 to 2018 employed at Flextex Consulting Inc. Cad Design department

leader and project management for capitol projects involving the installation of food grade and

Pharmaceutical grade equipment such as Process tanks and the supporting process piping layouts

as well as the drawing packages for supporting utility equipment such as chillers, air handling

units, material handling systems etc. Responsible for the internal project cost estimating for man

hours required to produce the drawing packages required to satisfy the projects at hand for

process and capitol upgrades. Followed projects through to completion and assisted in design

resolutions as issues arose by providing cad designs and work around’s working with various trades

to complete projects successfully and on time. Developed P&ID Process & instrumentation Diagrams

for many Pharmaceutical projects and applications.
