Field Engineer Solution Net Systems Quakertown, PA March 2021 – December 2022

Managed and directed team to build and prepare the Automatic Label Applicator (ALA) for deployment into customers system. Responsible for proper installation utilizing diagrams and wire schematics. Insured that build of mechanical aspects ALA were completed on time and to specifications.

Commission ALA after build installing proper software and applying all updates required to run system. Configured IP addresses and software parameters to have the ALA communicate with the customers Network. Provided education and training to the customers Network team on system functions and troubleshooting displayed fault warning.

C130 Crew Chief and Avionics Technician ICS Colorado Springs, CO December 1992 – January 2006

Maintenance for 16 aircraft and responsible for the Electronic Counter Measures system for the Avionics package. Crew Chief duties include troubleshooting reported issues from flight crew and repair and inspect all systems on at C130H Aircraft. Inspection of engines, radar systems, fuel systems, hydraulic and landing systems. Once issue is validated correct problem, or schedule a specialist to come and repair faults or broken components. Performed preflight inspections launched aircraft for mission and retrieved aircraft after mission. Performed post flight inspections of all systems and read flight logs to ensure there were no issues during flight that needed to be addressed.

Maintained ECM system for accurate function and updated any software and hardware as needed. Successfully, modified and installed new avionics package on 16 aircraft. Scheduled the off-base structural modifications and process the delivery and receiving documentation for each aircraft. Installed hardware and wiring harness on all planes and software for new system.

Trained Electronic Counter Measures shop on operation and function check of system. This also included pre-flight loading of threat hazard on to system.

While deployed managed 30+ aircraft from 6 different units across the Air Force.
