Please find my attached resume to fill the Lab Assistant opening in your Company. Currently I am working part time and performing the following duties.
Using Oscar System for patient’s appointments, reports, documentation, Scanning, master chart, E chart, faxing reports, Tickler and other day to day work.
Entering patient’s data and test information for MOH requisitions in an accurate and timely manner.
Verifying the completeness of all OHIP documentation and file related paperwork
Process all specimens including receiving, sorting, labeling, separation, and placing in appropriate area.
Cleaning and maintaining medical laboratory and medical laboratory equipment.
Performing urine test with strips.
Attending Phone calls for appointments, adding documents to patient’s files by scanning, faxing prescriptions and referral appointments assigned by doctors.
Training new students on Oscar System and supervising while they drawing blood.
Preparing rooms for patient appointments and Thermal box for blood pickup.
