Current Job
I am a working as Chief E & I engineer in AL-Amal complex for mental health, Dammam since January 2015. The facility is a 600 bed, state of the art fully automated, controlled and safe environment. My job is to keep the medium and low voltage systems active and functional all the time. This includes

Key Roles and Responsibilities.
- Managing my team to keep the 24-hour operations and maintenance activities running.
- Responsible for resource management and spare parts requisitions.
- Planning the Periodic Preventive Maintenance of the low current systems on annual basis in compliance with civil defense and CBAHI protocols.
- Principal point of contact on assigned projects with vendors, suppliers and other key stakeholders for maintenance and design activity.
- Resolution of queries and work orders and ensuring timely completion of maintenance activities including necessary submissions and approvals from client.
- Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Bi annually and annual reporting to management and client.
- Contribute to the development and improvement to the end customer building safety standards.
- Prepare regular reports to highlight the progress on maintenance activities and PPM.
- Act as a trusted adviser to the end customer in low current systems for design and technical solutions.
- Representing my client in front of CBAHI regarding Fire Safety of the facility.
- Actively coordinate with all stakeholders (Mechanical, Civil, HVAC) during shutdowns and planned activities ensuring flow of information to allow efficient execution of activities.
- Organize task assignment to maintenance teams to ensure completion of maintenance activities within dedicated time.
- Practical knowledge of mechanical systems such as Pump rooms, Firefighting pumps, Air Handling Units, Package Units.
- Acting as focal person for third party contractors. Third party contract assessment and approval. Prepare schedules for the site visits. Job approval and final acceptance tests. Hands on Experience
