We sold our house all of our belongings and wants on a 15000 mile road trip with our travel trailer out west! This will explain my slight laps in work history! Trust me I have some wild and crazy stories and pictures to prove it! I am looking for my LAST job! I hate starting over and am looking for the right company to hopefully retire with! Willing to relocate: Anywhere

Work Experience

CNC Machinist 2

Collins Aerospace - Peshtigo, WI

January 2022 to Present

I stated off at colleens aerospace running the CNC Punch Press. After one day of training I was operating it very efficiently alone. I then Stepped up to the plate quickly to train on the CNC 3 axis Router. After a quick two days of training I was running the machine alone due to the operator being off for surgery. No one else in the facility could run that machine. They then moved me to the CNC Mills. I trained very quickly on the HAAS VF4 and VF3 and have been running the machines alone and at the same time. Since moving to my new area I have organized all of my tooling and completely cleaned my whole area to my standards. I love maintaining the highest quality possible and always double and triple check my work! I also don't mind long hours. We are currently working 11.5 hour days 5 days a week with some saturdays! the days just seem to fly by to be honest. Amcor - Oshkosh, WI

February 2014 to April 2021

I quickly moved up the ladder at Amcor to become one of their top Flexographic press operators. It is their highest paying hourly job in the facility. I was one of only 2 Operators that were able to maintain level 5 operating numbers. My change over numbers were 4 to 5 minutes faster per color than the next operator. Given we were running 6 to 10 color jobs I was saying the company hours daily. I also Was on the Emergency Response Team and participated in many 5s events. Supervisor-Russ Warnke-920-***-****
